Booster badge & badge updates

Server Booster badge; automatically granted while you are boosting our Discord, automatically removed when the boost ends. Requires your Discord linked at loser.gg/account-integration.
/linked bot command privately checks whether your Discord is connected to a loser.gg account and whether the bot is tracking you, with steps to fix it if not.
Badges in the block editor are now grouped into categories (Staff, Primary, Events, Special).
Badges now display in a set sitewide order by default. You can still drag them into your own order in the editor, and a reset button takes you back to the default.

Discord profile cards now appear within about a minute of adding the block. Previously they could show "User Not Found" for around 10 minutes.
Fixed videos and audio not loading on mobile; the server was compressing media files in a way phones could not stream. This also means videos no longer show a black box before you press play.
Long Discord usernames on profile cards now scroll instead of being cut off with "..."
Fixed Discord status updates silently stopping until a bot restart; the bot now recovers from dropped connections on its own.
Resized a few badge icons (booster, cupcake, and others) that displayed larger than the rest.
Revised badge descriptions.
